Yes, That's Me--the FIANCEE!!!

Soooooo lovely ladies...this is my surprise for the week...I'm engaged!!! I'm a fiancee!!! I'm getting MARRIED!!! I have a future husband and I am his future wife!!!

It still doesn't feel totally real, but by the sparkle of this gorgeous ring, I know I'm really a bride-to-be <3

I'll have to post the story with more pics tomorrow, but here's to tide you over. I'm currently sitting with the Fiance making a guest list...and dreaming about my WEDDING GOWN.

Fall Break (barns and sunlight included)

These are the pics from our second and third days of Fall Break...we went to Kileen's country church and shot some photos outside in the glorious Northern sunlight! Then we sat down to a lunch of crispy bacon, Belgian waffles, and whipped cream (my favourite part). It was kinda sad to hit the road...but we did stop at a dear little coffee shop on the way back, so delicious and adorable!

Fargo Only Flies to Four Places

Soooooo here's my surprise from this weekend!!! A new haircut!!! It was kinda spur of the moment...my darling roommate Kileen wanted to get her hair cut while she was home (favourite stylist and all that jazz). When we got to the little two-chair salon (small town loveliness), Jess and I decided to go for haircuts too :)

I was IMMENSELY EXCITED. My mom usually cuts my hair--which is free, but means no layers or styling--so I haven't had a real haircut at a salon in six years. I had such a blast and decided to get all funky! She cut it short and added some layers with a razor, then gave me a little side sweep :)

I just can't wait to take more outfit pics with this new 'do!!! Oh, and show you the scarf I'm knitting and the $2 dress from Walmart that I made into a skirt. Yes.

Cafe Lattes and Chic Ladies

Well, I have a surprise from this weekend that I can't post until the Boyfriend has seen it...so today's photos are from Saturday night of last week! Jess and I threw on some chic apparel and headed out on the town to have some dessert with a little class ;)

Weirdly enough, we "met" a couple friends on the road...literally...ended up driving behind them! So they joined us and we sat and chatted for a couple hours before heading back to homework *sigh* It was a lovely evening!

Fall Break (homework included)

The roomies and I road-tripped to Kileen's house in the country this weekend to relax over Fall Break. Kileen and Jess had an accidental but adorable wardrobe coordination on the trip up...and then matching mugs of tea :) It's just wonderful being with friends so close they're like sisters!

That and there are cats curled up in my lap almost all the time. Happiness.

It's that week where everything is chaos...so no new posts since Saturday...but I have some pictures coming, never fear! Once the weekend hits, I'll be back in the swing.

LOOK AT THIS BEAUTIFUL SKIRT. It is the most beautiful skirt I have ever seen. I ADORE this skirt. I WANT this skirt. If I had the ridiculous amount they are charging for this skirt, I would buy it. This skirt is STUNNING and it is the perfect style for ME. That's all I have to say :)

Maybe $150 will drop out of the sky?
