So Happy Together...

I'm very happy because today I'm home with my girlies :) We're finally together! It's been such a long week for everyone in our apartment, I feel like Jess and I have barely crossed paths. But today we're all in the living room doing homework together, sipping coffee, enjoying the sunshine through our windows...and the freedom of a weekend schedule. Ah, summer is within sight!

So Little Time, So Much To Do...

Fortunately...it's the weekend :) Have to play catch-up the next couple days since I've been sick and busy (don't know which is worse)! I'll be digging into research/writing an archaeology papaer (no pun intended, truly)...and finishing some reading. Some of the homework sounds fun, though, like editing my paper. I love editing, send it my way if you've got extra ;) Off to rehearsal soon (such is the theatre life)...speaking of performing, I'm hoping I win the $$$ at the film festival next week. Hmmmmmm.

Thank heavens I'm feeling better today :) Actually talked through rehearsal today in an intelligable voice...and was awed by Boyfriend's acting despite his own illness! I actually just wore jeans a boyfriend tee today, but I thought I'd post my Easter Sunday dress pics...so enjoy :)

That Just Makes Me Ill...

Weeeeell today I'm ill...under the weather...decidedly not my starry little self! I almost evaded sickness this semester, but this sore throat, fever, aches thing was too much for my poor immune system. Unfortunately I have a 3 hour rehearsal tonight as well...perfect for my health :P But on the bright side, I received my package from Amazon today, so I have a book to read and two M Night Shyamalan movies to watch (got them sooo cheap). Out of the kindness of its heart, the mail center also delivered a letter announcing that I'm nominated for Best Actress at the film festival...I'd love to win the $50!!! We shall see :)

Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's Off to Work We Go...

Well today certainly dived into second quad scheduling for me...finishing up my Nazi Germany paper on Stanley Milgram (such fun!), applying for financial aid (hope I get some), and settling into a rehearsal schedule (theatre love!). Oh!!! And I got a call from National History Day in response to an internship application I'd sent in. They choose two interns to live in Washington, D.C. for a month and work for the organization--and I'm a finalist!!! Unfortunately this means I'm getting up at 7:30 a.m. tomorrow for a phone interview *bleagh* but it should be a jolly good time, what? I'll let you know what happens :)
