3 of 30: Painted Rock

Ironically, when I was planning today's outfit, I instantly thought of subtitling this post with something about painted rocks...just because the colours of this skirt have always reminded me of the Badlands or the Arizona desert.



And then...Drayton and I came on campus this morning for school...and the giant ROCK at the entrance had been painted for our engagement!!!!!! Ah!!!!!!! So the title works out perfectly in ways I had never planned :D



Ah, double entendre.

    What an amazing skirt! I have tons of my mom's old skirts from the late 70's, and I love rocking them out with a good pair of boots. And congrats to you and your fiance! What an exciting time!

    I can't believe you already have three down! This is such a perfect outfit for fall, it's probably my favorite so far :) and I'll probably say that like twelve more times before the challenge is over. but you and D took some aaammmaaazzzziiinnggg pictures at the rock.
