I am in love with this skirt...I have already worn in three times in the 30 for 30, and I've never regreted a wear :) I admit that this outfit is a SLIGHT cop-out. Almost every time I wear the skirt, I end up putting it with tights/boots/solid shirt/scarf combo. I ought to be infinitely more original!!!
In my defense, I DID want to wear it with a black vest I have...but that's not part of my 30 for 30 :( Any ideas on how I can wear this more "out of the box"??? I think I'm struggling just because it's so long and has some volume to it...

20 of 30: Sage and Thyme
Soooooooo...first of all...it's lovely to be back to regular posting! I have felt to scattered the past couple weeks, what with all this going out of town jazzamatazz. I think my sense of inner calm filtered into this outfit today...these warmer, muted colours just made me feel so comfy and happy!
These heels are the comfiest things ever...best $9.99 I ever spent! I forget I'm wearing heels when I have them on. Only problem is, my adoration of said heels is beginning to show...Alas, the stitching and trim around the edges of the shoes is falling off. What will I do?
Today I learned a lot about the philosophical belief of foundationalism in my philosophy class. We went over the ontological, teleological, cosmological, and other arguments for the existence of a God/supreme being. While I understand the rejection of certain gods, I just don't see how people can reject the concept of a god altogether. The evidence just seems so conclusive.
But then again, I'm constantly shocked by what people do and don't do :) And that's on a scale all the way from the kinds of food they like to what they think of "life questions." Perhaps I should stop thinking so much!!!

18/19 of 30: Done with Fun
I've had enough fun for the week. Call me a geek, but I'm excited to get back to homework and school routine. I actually, SECRETLY (sshhhhhh) thrive on academics. My roommates consider that one of my lesser qualities, but the fiance thinks it's just "hot" (his words not mine).
Anywho...I did have lots of fun over break...hanging out with my cousins, watching "I Love Lucy" reruns *heart*, making WICKED GOOD GRAVY (I'm pro), and playing Scrabble while eating Chipotle (yummy for the tummy and the brain).
What did YOU do for Thanksgiving? Bake/cook anything spectacular?
